Ordered a bike which wasn’t in stock and was offered advice and timeline. Issue with the courier so the bike was delivered to my home address which was way outside the 50mile radius. What can I say - above and beyond. Loving my new bike and still have the warm glow from the kindness and promptness of ensuring I received my bike without delay. I was looking to get a bike to start cycling to work, and I'm glad I came across WetRockNRide. Someone had given me an unwanted bike, and after an unfortunate incident with it, Paul pointed out why the bike was unwanted (it had multiple issues from a crash). Following this we discussed what I was after and my budget. Paul was really helpful in suggesting a selection of bikes and explaining the merits of each one. One I had chosen the gang at WetRockNRide was great at setting the bike up and letting me know how to care for it. I've been most happy with the bike and the aftercare with it.
