Returns & Cancelations
If you are not happy with your purchase when it is delivered, you have a right to change your mind for up to 14 days after it is delivered. You don’t need to give a reason for cancelling but you must let us know of your wish to do so, this will be acknowledged so the purchase can be returned in a new and unused condition at your expense.
You can email us giving the details of your order and advise of your wish to cancel or can call us. We will email you to confirm we have received your instruction.
Once you have notified us of your decision to cancel the contract and request a refund, you have a further 14 days to return the purchase back to us. Once we have inspected the purchase to make sure it is has not been used or damaged we will process your refund within 14 days, minus any delivery charges that were added at the time of the sale.
We are allowed to make a deduction from your refund if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics or functioning of them if this affects the value of it. This is deemed to be handling that goes beyond what you might do if you came to shop, i.e. fitting a tyre to a bike. If the item is not in a new and sellable condition, this could be up to 100% of the selling price.

You are responsible for paying for returning your purchase and should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we know from experience that parcels can be lost and we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you decide to cancel your purchase before it posted we will attempt to process your refund without delay. If you cancel your order before it is delivered or refuse delivery at the door, your refund will be processed within 14 days of the order arriving back with us.
In the event that you have ordered something from us that is custom made to your specific requirements or they are clearly personalised and are unlikely to be able to be sold to anyone else, you do not have the right to change your mind and return the goods.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights so if an item is faulty please contact us and we will do our best to get you riding again.
